Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited is a Canadian natural resource exploration and development company with a diverse portfolio of precious and base metals projects in North America and Australia.

Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.

Spruce Mountain project

The Spruce Mountain Molybdenum Porphyry Project is situated forty miles south of the town of Wells, Nevada.

Spruce Mountain is well known for its significant lead-silver mineralization, and was mined for lead-silver on and off between 1869 and the late 1930s'. In 1977, during renewed lead-silver exploration, Freeport Exploration Company discovered molybdenum-silver mineralization associated with a large intrusion known as the Spence porphyry.

The property laid dormant for many years before Mosquito Consolidated purchased the patent claims covering the main portion of the mineralized zones in 2006. The claims include both the mineral and surface rights.

Spruce Mountain's primary target is a +200 million ton molybdenum porphyry deposit with potential gold, silver and rhenium by-products.

Black Point Project

The Black Point Project is located approximately eight miles to the northeast of Eureka, Nevada within the world-renowned Battle Mountain-Eureka gold trend.

The property is in close proximity to the past producing Ruby Hill Gold Mine, which yielded 135,000 ounces of gold annually between 1997 and 2002.

Mosquito Consolidated holds 100% interest in the Black Point Project. The company predicts the property contains substantial amounts of gold in the mineralizing system at greater depths than have been explored by previous owners.

copper chief property

The copper chief property is located 4 miles north-east of Mosquito's Pine tree project near Mina, Nevada.

The Copper Chief project is located within a 65-mile mineral belt known as the Walker Lane Trend. The belt hosts numerous gold, silver and copper mines and deposits.

Significant historical past producers of gold and silver operated in the immediate vicinity of the project. Copper Chief's primary target is a +200 million ton copper-silver-indium deposit with potential gold and gallium by-products.
